Dr. Dorough also enjoys sharing his experience through instructing with several organizations on a local, regional and nation level, including GOLD Learning and. He enjoys collaborating with medical professionals about infant wellbeing and how to best serve families in our country.

He currently owns and operates his own clinic and consults other chiropractic clinics around the country with the goal of training and implementing care strategies for infants who are in need.
